About me

I am a registered psychologist with experience in private practice, as well as fertility and general psychology clinics. I hold postgraduate diplomas in psychology and counselling, and a master’s degree in counselling psychology.

I have training and experience in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Structural Dissociation and trauma-informed IFS; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Interpersonal Process Therapy; and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I work with clients experiencing a range of relationship and mental health challenges, with a particular interest in anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am especially passionate about supporting clients in building a secure therapeutic relationship following developmental and attachment-related trauma.
